I've been looking at options to replace the bulbs on high beams and low beam for my 2is 350, but I'm noticing that there aren't many bigger brands under $100 that carry led for our model year. I.e a lot of ijdmtoy high beam bulbs say they don't fit past 2010, how come?
I'm wondering if that's because of the decoder it comes with that prevents it from being a direct fit since you can't close the lid back up. If there are any brands that are plug and play for high and low beams that still lets me close the back lid, please share them! Unless there isn't really a work around for my model year, then feel free to say that too.

Any reason you want to change your bulbs? Our headlights were not designed around LEDs so they cannot efficiently distribute the light pattern regardless of what you see around the internet. Brighter =/= better when the light is in front of your face ruining how far you can see down the road at night. If you want the best visibility at night, your stock halogens or HIDs are the best you'll get without a proper retrofit.
DRL/highs will not work properly without the decoder/anti-flicker as they'll just flicker. I'd personally go with TheRetrofitsource's bulbs if you really want to attempt this, but you'll still probably run into a clearance issue with them.

I know the above for a fact as I've replace many bulbs with LED they perform perfectly. Don't tell me they can't work, I'm blinding other drivers etc. that's all FUD.
DRL function is a problem and no easy way around it if at all depending on the car.
