My 10a dome fuse (fuse box next to battery) keeps blowing as soon as i enter a fuse in. does anyone know how I could diagnose or fix this ? every other fuse is fine.

Start here and follow the steps. The key ingredients being what was recently done to it and follow the 10A dome light schematic to see what you can track down on your own. Also, look in the Owners Manual about what that fuse does. Its not just the dome light.
After reading this, let us know if you have any questions about next steps.

PS - IMO I would start your search at the lamps in the door panel. They are subject to door slamming and all that.
Edit - I recall from that link, the 10A fuse in that thread goes straight to the Gauge Cluster. Please take a picture or positively ID fuse and location.
How creative are you? A method to troubleshoot shorts and not blow 20 fuses is to place a light bulb where the fuse belongs. Maybe grab some household copper wire that is as thick as the fuse blade (only remove insulation where contact is needed), and connect this to an incandescent lamp. 55 watt lamps are roughly 4.5 amps each so you might need two in series. I'd guess they will shine bright until you find the short.
Does it matter if engine is on or off?
