IS250 non runner value?
I got a 06 Lexus is250. Basically it needs an engine swap. That’s it. Not a small job but good for someone who has the time. I wonder what the value of the car as is would be. It has around 189k miles. Any resources on what kind of price to put on it? Thanks for any help.

Whats wrong with the current engine? Does it burn oil or now the car won't even start?
Part out price in my area is $600-$1000+ depending on the vehicle. But the engines themselves are cheap, so as long as you can find a shop to put it in, you might get $3-4K for a running vehicle in Canada.
Your market is different, so who knows. I would part-out or sell for a swap but I'm not thinking you'd get more than $2000 in this specific example. I've seen some pretty good deals on high mileage RUNNING IS250s in Canada.
