Engine Stumble After RR Tune??
Anyone experience engine stumble after installing the RR tune?
When I had the RR tune done to my car I gave the Mygenius module and instructions to the tech and he did everything out of sight emailing with RR and getting the new ECU codes. I assume it was done correctly but even now I still wonder if the tune was successful because I never watched the tech. Im sure he tried to do it right but I just dont know. I do remember when I first started the car after the tune the engine stumbled I had to start it a few times before it smoothed out, I assume that is proof the tune was successful as the ECU was relearning/recalibrating??
I had RR keep the redline at 6500 due to the engine hi miles so I cant use the 7200 redline as proof.
Can I plug in the Mygenius to read the ECU for some kind of proof the tune was successful??

This is normal after you install the tune. You have to drive the car for quite a few miles for the ecu to relearn and then it should smooth out and go back to normal. This will also happen if you disconnect the battery.
