Default 2006 Lexus is350 sunroof clicking doesn’t open

Hello hope I could get some help when I go to open the sunroof I hear the motor trying but doesn’t open and I here it clicking is there a DIY video or a motor replacement for it I don’t wanna spend a lot. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Look on youtube but it sounds like the plastic drive coupler split apart. Also, search is your friend.

Thanks appreciate it I will definitely look into this it helps me a lot. By any chance you ever had the hard power steering issue and all the lights on the dash are on.

Me personally no. The usual suspects are bad alternator, defective battery, and someone blowing the EPS fuse by connecting the battery backwards.

Look up fuseable link replacement. There is an 80A fuse that gets blown.
