I have lexus is300 xe20 2008 i turn on the car and suddenly these light came on ant the heat gauge is not working the camera is not working (i have the oem stereo with screen) i took the car to my mechanic he checked all of the fuses he checked the computer it doesn't show anything he checked the wires nothing, He said that there is problem with something called the can system but he couldn't figure it out from where. Can anyone help me.

This seems to be charging related issue. Check the alternator and load test the battery.
