Default 06 is350 how do I remove lower engine splash guard?

Yesterday I decided to get off my *** and replace the burned out bulb and also switch low beam headlights, while doing, so I dropped one of the airbox bolts, and it is trapped somewhere in that lower engine bay splash guard not su if that is what it is called , I was just going to leave it there well actually I did and then drove up to the parts place bought a new bolt but now I am thinking I need to find it because if it jumps up hits s the fan and goes through the rad I am screwed so I am nowt sure how to remove it without a hoist or ramps then of course I do how many clips and such are going to break and what are the possibly implications if I keep it off
my question is how do remove it and what tools are needed, I live in an apartment and dont want to have to run back and forth to get tools plus dont want to carry my heavy tool box all the way down to my car

Its all 10mm bolts. With a couple of blocks of wood, drive it up on at least 2 to 3 stacked 2" x 6" or 2 x 4", crawl under and have at.

I put a rear sway bar in using a couple of 2x4" to drive one side up on concrete curb, 3X 2" x 4" on the other side and had enough room.
