Default Advice on what to with crashed 2009 Lexus is250

Hello guys,

I have a 2009 Matador red Lexus is250 and I got into an accident on the highway yesterday and was deemed at fault. ruling insurance out, auto body is quoting 5k. how could I efficiently fix this car myself and what would be the estimated cost?
*Is it worth fixing or should I sell it?*

The damages I've observed are below, The car drives perfectly fine as far as I can tell; the plastic from the fender scrapes the wheel making a sound. The car was crashed on this exact side by the previous owner, unfortunately, a crappy repair job was done as the panels didn't align and the fender was not paint-matched correctly, Headlight also had a gap prior which likely contributed to this result. Also considering the other car involved was relatively fine compared to mine. I appreciate any advice and guidance all comments are welcome.
  • headlight
  • fender
  • frame bending (I don't know how bad)
  • foglight
  • bumper
  • AFS
  • sonar system
  • wiper fluid line

That can be fixed but you're going to need a salvage yard to raid parts from. $5,000 at an auto body shop is a good price actually there could be a bunch of electrical/harness damage.

I would get it checked for frame damage first.

If the frame is damaged, I would not try to fix it.

At a glance, there is structure damage which prevents most DIY home repairs. Either new components or salvage yard inner structure needs welded in place of damaged areas which normally would be pulled out to spec and then cut off.

Its not looking good, pull all the damaged stuff off and start measuring. With a high impact like that, it honestly needs to go the frame shop to be pulled out or fender and door will collide.

Agreed. That kind of damage needs inspected by a trained eye.
