Had my 07 is250 RWD 6 speed sitting for months. At first everything was still functional when I turned it on. Then last week I noticed the battery was drained. Got a new one put in car turns on but no electronics. No radio, no locks, windows, no power to the OBD2 port to scan. Power steering light is on, ABS light is on. Fans won’t cut on so it will over heat if left on. Checked fuses they all get power. Some were blown. One keeps blowing on the passenger side fuse box by the battery “Rad. 1” saw a rat nest under the engine bay cover, wires all look in tact. Anybody have a slight idea of what or where I should be lookin next?
