Default 2008 Lexus IS250 A/C Recharge Question

I have recently been having issues with my A/C being warmer than usual. When I first bought the car almost a year ago, the A/C was so cold it was practically unbearable which is perfect for the Arizona heat where I live. After a few months of ownership, I realized the A/C was starting to warm and did not get as cold so I took it into a shop to diagnose it. Luckily it was just low on refrigerant so they evacuated and recharged it while also putting in a dye to check for any leaks; I took it back a week later and no leaks were found. After about six or seven months and it starting to reach 100 degrees outside, it is very easy to notice that my A/C is not performing as well as it should. On top of that, the compressor clutch and condenser fan shut off after idling for about five to ten minutes causing the A/C to blow warm, which isn't the biggest issue but is an inconvenience at times. I began looking for ways to diagnose the issue myself and ended up hooking up my gauge set. With ambient temperatures of 105 degrees, the low-side read 45psi and the high-side read 350psi with the cabin setting put to recirculation. I also found the receipt with the work the shop did and it stated that they "evacuated and recharged with reclaimed R1234YF." I think this could be the cause of the lower performance as well as the clutch and fan disengaging after a few minutes of idling. Any thoughts and help to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated!
