Default Need some help with O2 sensor problems

So a few weeks ago I got caught in a flash flood and although the deepest I sat in was ~6-10inches, I did drive through probably deeper as I went down and up some hills trying to get away from the flooding. Since then I have had two problems, rattling in my exhaust from a cat breaking and maybe 80% of the time I check my passenger side O2 sensor isnt working. Today I caved and gutted my cats to be done with the rattle and I swapped the O2 sensor while I was at it. After starting my car the O2 sensor is still not working properly which is quite a bummer as I had to pull my header to get the old one out. I assumed the wiring was ok as when the sensor is not working its reporting ~3V but now I am not sure what to think or do with this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just one upstream sensor is misbehaving, and both downstream sensors work, and it's now catless with a tune?

What code is it showing now? And did it disable Trac?

Faults are p0031 and p2237. Sometimes it's just one of them, sometimes it's both. I disabled my downstream sensors a while back as I couldn't get them to fit with the last set of cats I installed. Car is now catless and is still on the same tune as before and the traction control is off.
