Default 2008 Lexus is250 AWD. Abs, awd, vsc, trac, and brake light on after replacing the rea

Replaced my rear hub bearings about two months ago because they were making a whirring noise that was very irritating. After that the abs, trac, brake, awd, and vsc light came on. Also my speedometer and power steering stopped working. I found out through some research that my speed sensors were most likely damaged. I replaced them but no change. Then I drilled the holes bigger in the dust shield so that the would be properly aligned and after that the speedometer and power steering started working again.
After driving it for a couple weeks the lights were still on even though the speedometer and power steering worked. I scanned the codes and I got c0210, C0215, C1238, and C1239. The only thing I could think is wrong is that the rear speed sensors still aren’t working correctly because they are after market(but do match oem part number). Or that the tone ring is somehow messed up. What baffles me is that the speedometer reads accurately so to me that shows that the sensors are working fine.
Hopefully someone can tell me what is wrong. Or similar problems that they have had may also help me figure this out. Thank you for your time.

Do a search on this topic. Some hubs suck and do not work when installed. You are not alone. Yes, the car rolls, but there is no data the sensor can read. There was an active thread or two in the last three months that I participated in so use my name in search.
Some brands brand no go, yet somehow they meet some spec somewhere....

Default

Also trace the Sensor wiring back. Many times there is a break in it some where or connector problems. If bent or frayed that can make it not transmit the +/- signals.

Default same thing here

I'm having the same issue here, did some replacements and boom, all those lights came on, even my tire pressure keeps blinking too.
