Aftermarket radio install
So I bought an aftermarket radio thinking my nav went out as they tend to do with these cars. Tried installing and still not getting nothing so I started testing things one being all the fuses related to the unit. Then tested the red and yellow wires coming from the harness yellow is getting its 12 but when the car is on red is only getting 7-8 volts. So I’m just trying to figure out what could cause this.
Is it possible another fuse is causing it or a short in the harness? I’m not sure any help would be appreciated I don’t have the funds to get it to shop so would like to get it done myself.

What's the battery voltage when the car is running? 14.8? 13.5? 12.1 (or lower)?
