If you would please, would you post the original URL to the "pics released in Japan recently".
Thanks in advance,

I appreciate you posting the URL, but actually I was hoping it would lead to an article. Was there maybe an article associated with that particular picture? If so, posting that article, URL, or any more pictures of a similar nature would be fantastic.
Thanks in advance,
JM

GUYS, I posted this over at Car Chat but not any response, so maybe more approriate here. Do these look like LED lights like on the new GS? Maybe it's an option on the IS?

I was under the impression, the 2nd gen IS would be available with LED taillamps as a standard feature..

yeah, quite suprised the LED tail lights were excluded. Regardless, it's still an awesome car. It'd be flawless for me if it had LEDs, but it's not something that will discourage too many potential buyers

There really aren't a whole lot of cars using LED tails yet. I'm not personally a fan of the ones i've seen so far since they mess with your eyes a bit with the "trails" they leave. (Infiniti/Mercedes, I haven't been behind a 06GS yet, only behind the wheel

Interesting point I'd like to address...
I've noticed a big trend in the sedans. The new GS has been out since March/April. I've seen... 1 GS430 (which my dad owns) and 2 GS300's on the road, and I live in a highly populated (and a lot of upper-class parts) area of northern Chicago. The BMW E90 hasn't been out for more than a month, but i've seen at least 10-15 of them ALREADY.
I don't know about you guys, but I definitely prefer driving a car that not a lot of other people have. It's very unique. I have a strong feeling that the IS is going to be a much bigger head turner than the E90 is, just because it's not going to be as common.
I'm not honestly worried if it sells or not. The 350's going to be an unstoppable beast. And if it's anything like the GS, then not too many people will have it, which I'm totally for.

i went driving today around the Lexus HQ, hoping to see the new IS, but i didn't
i was just driving around trying to find something to do, when i found the place that that picture was taken it...
if any of you are familiar with the area, it is at Van Ness and Torrance Blvd. About a mile from the Lexus HQ...just thought you might want to know
