no LEDs. curiously, two really bright bulbs on the inner light. but the outside lights don't look like LEDs. luckily, the light distribution seems even so as to make that bulb-look less, if that makes any sense.

According to the lengthy press release Lexus put out at the car's launch in Geneva, there will be LED taillights:

"Astern, splayed rear wheel arches taper into a short, pugnacious rear overhang topped with powerful LED lamp clusters. The unique and unexpected sporting design graphic of the rear lamp cluster reflects an intriguing elegance central to the L-Finesse philosophy, and once more sets a precedent for the styling of future Lexus models."

It does look like the cars in the photos do not have LEDs, but I guess until we see a car in person we won't know for sure. Of course, the press release may refer to the third brake lights, which do appear to be LED.

Good point. I forgot Lexus already said that in the PR. I don't think Lexus would even bother to put that statement in the PR if the LEDs are only meant for the third brake light--just about every car out there has it today already. So if the PR says there'll be LEDs, I don't see why we need to have any doubt that it will.

of all places, i guess the lexus PR would be the best place to look, right? now i'm thinking they're using four exceptionally bright LED bulbs, not multi-dots as in the GS. you can clearly see where each bulb is in that picture.
