Well the GR series V6 engines maybe the same for the new IS and GS but that doesn't not necessarily mean they will sound the same at the exhaust. Their intake/exhaust setup will be totally different, but not exactly the same.

Hey but if you guys want bang for the buck check out the Chyrsler 300C SRT8 425 hp/ 425 Torque. Thus far the reviews have been VERY favorable and the price is right.
Buying mine in 2 months.
So you´re trading your G35c for the 300C SRT8 or buying a new car? Either way you´re crazy, i personally hate the 300C, i see one and i think wannabe Bently! I don´t see myself in those cars even with 600hp and even with the price at $30,000...soRRy!!!

its good to see that like the new gs the new is finally has a grownup interior. dont understand all the dislike of the gs body. of course looks are subjective but the gs is far better looking than the new is. from the looks of the posts I bet most of the is buyers and posters here are far younger than the gs buyers and posters. nothing wrong with that it just explains a lot. having owned a new 04 tl I think its much better looking than the new is with a better looking interior too BUT its clearly a value car and being built in ohio shows too. I finally understand all the mewling about how much better the tl would have been in rwd too. acura is blowing it there. I suppose that I need to see a new is in person but from all the pics I have seen it DOES look like a mazda3 outside. the interior is very nice however. I REALLY hope that this styling does not carry over to the next gen ls. god what a mistake that would be.

Looks very small. Perhaps things will change as more R&D and final production model vehicle comes about.

Those calipers are from diesel model. They probably serve the purpose like you would expect from luxury maker.
The car itself won't need much of stopping power like 3 liter V6. If that diesel runs to 60 in less than 10seconds that should be counted as success.

What size are those rims?

If the car isn't available w/ graphites... it may not be coming home
