I always thought and felt that hand e-brake was more sporty and convienent than pedal e-brake.

Default Wheel Gap

What do you guys about the wheel gap? It's a bit larger to my liking. The concept shown in NY autoshow has very small wheel gap.

Yeah, the rear looks kinda boxy on that picture. It doesn't looks as much on other pictures though.

I agree. The gaps here do look a tad too large compared to what's shown in the NY Show.

Right. It should be only due to the lighting and angle at which the picture was taken.

im feelin that color alot, what it is like a breakwater blue from the RX or that Starlight pearl for the ES, w/e it is, its hot. and i can defintely tell, it looks like the new GS from the side. looks interesting in there without wood, if i had the money, i'll get the IS250, 350 would be great, but its not necesary for me, 250 will do just fine

As he said - drifting in a snow covered parking lot. A lot easier to do it with a hand ebrake. Actually that can be done with a FWD/AWD car too.

.
I have a feeling those are the standard 17" wheels vs. the 18s that the show circuit cars have.

Great find...where did you get the press pack?

Actually an interior picture without wood grain has already been available on lexus.jp for some time in the IS gallery, but it's only a shot at the door controls, not the entire interior view.

The interior picture without wood grain on lexus.jp:

i think that may be just a black and white image, not one without wood

or both, that may be the "aluminum" plating one, in black and white form

I agree, too hard to see from this pic, I hope it's not just black plastic

It has to be at least a different trim because the wood trim we've seen so far has such a grain that would definitely show in even a B&W image. The panel insert on the door shown in the lexus.jp picture is rather of a plain color. So I'd say it's not wood trim but most likely some painted aluminum plastic trim.

Still not specific about the 3.5 litre V6, just saying it's over 300 hp . . .

I have to give credit to Lexus for keeping the #'s under wrap. Sure not like BMW where it was leaked to public looooong before it was official.
