Depends on who is buying. If it is me, probably I would choose IS350. But if it is my parents, then definitely GS430 or GS460. IS is still a sportier and younger version, while GS is more luxurious and mature.

With equivilent power, I will always choose the engine with more cylinders. Its just smoother and the sound of a V-8=
I was talking to Bitkahuna today and he made a good point that the new IS maybe the spiriutal successor to the 2GS.

is250/is350 has more headroom than the new gs. i would know cause i've sat in both. advantage -> I-S.

I agree. But the IS350 can be as much as a pimp magnet...especially when you can smoke E90's and G35's left and right.

I like bigger cars. GS is my pick. However right now the IS is more realistic as far as obtainability for me.

thats me! id rather own a M35/45 or GS as far as size goes, but the price...i dont want a Maxima...maybe a G35, but tyis is def more relaistic as far as $$$$
