Sorry for the multiple posts, but I was hitting the 100k Limit on these. I lost enough quality downconverting from 1920x1080 as it was.

Ok, my videos suck, I know. 
I used QTPro to cut down to the 5 minutes but honestly QTP on Window sucks. And then I converted it. First time using zippy. Anyway, the only way I knew to "unlock" a Tivo file was to convert it to 3GP first; that's where all was lost. So here's an AVI file about 40mb:

I apologize for the poor video.
TivoToGo files are huge, the 30min motorweek episode was 1.3GB. I believe these files are mpeg2 and when played on wm10, they look great.
checking back I realized I used this conversion tool that formats .tivo to .3gp for your cellular phone so while it looks great on my Sanyo.....

iPod video is so sweet - I'm on 'the list' at the local apple store for the 60GB black one. I like that Apple made a one-click solution in QTP to optimize videos for the iPod.
I bet it will be really popular for the navigation mods - 1000 movies on your Navi
