Default Some Cry Babies at G35Driver...lol

Car and Driver is STUPID who the hell believes that crap. There is no way it does 0 to 60 in 5.1. If it is true it still doesnt matter becuz our cars are 10 times nicer and hav much more curb appeal than the steril looking IS. I would take my 05 ivory pearl coupe any day over any of those cars exterior wise
never knew 12 year olds ^ were able to get a Driver's License.

HAHhah i was reading their posts last night and i was stunned... But they are giving credit where it is due... Many of the more mature should i say g35 regulars are talking about the power that the lexus has and just plain statistics which as of right now are better statisticaly than the current g35... Its very nice to see some reconize that a newer car could be better than an older one... Anyways im stuck between the g35coupe and the new is a test drive will be my deciding factor... Also the back of the is leaves me a little sketchy... Anyways their will always be controversy on different forums about something whether its big or small...

Haha, mine is probably one of the more mature posts you're referring to (different sn though).
As for the back seats, the G35c has a long wheelbase & has ample legroom, but due to the sloping roofline of the coupe, it's not suitable for anyone above 5' 6" max. in head room. Although I've never been inside a IS350, the IS will definately have better headroom at the back than the G35 coupe, but I guess possibly less legroom.

I agree with the rear headroom. When my wife and I went to the Infiniti dealer for a test drive, the salesman was probably 6ft tall. He sat in the back. I asked how comfortable it is in the back given his height. His reply was the usual salesman response....very roomy. I looked over, he did have plenty of leg room, but his head was pretty much touching the headliner (actually more like touching the rear glass).

I know, I know. We all go thru it sometimes in life.......it's called DENIAL. Don't worry though it'll pass as soon as Infiniti comes up with something to better our aging G35s.
BTW, my G35 coupe is my wife's car and she wants to get a new car with an additional 2 doors so guess what we're getting next. ...........

I wonder what this guy is compensating for by having a "better" car compared to the next guy? I mean, how superficial can you get? You either like it or you don't.

And I speak for Lexus: "My car is better than your car..."

haha i was reading the same article on bimmerfest forums... and im impressed with what they say.. they arent all completely bashing the new IS350... but this one guy... haha he must hate everything about lexus... but the funniest part was his statement about how strong his e90 3 series is running... after 11k , (11,000) miles...

"And I have had my car for about 11k hard driven miles and still going strong. "

lets see if he can say that when he reaches 100k. hahaha i know we can.

lol--that was a juvenile response--made me glad I parted with my G35C. I had the Infiniti for 1.5 years--a great looker it definitely was (I still get asked by people about it long after it was gone). It is a wonderful car, if you don't mind the cheap interior, which I got tired of quickly. Even the "Premium" Bose stereo sounds muddled when compared to the RX330's base stereo. Infiniti went overboard with cost-cutting and concentrated on the mechanical aspect of the car.
