You have to hear it in person to appreciate it. Plus revving a car at idle isn't necessarily hearing the exhaust doing it's full potential under load. The VQ exhaust sound on the Altima and Maxima sound dull almost non existent. Maybe you're confusing it with what's found in the G35 coupe, 350z and Fx35.

yeah I was thinking mainly the G35 and the G35c there sound is like a deep growl even at cruising speed I can tell that its a Infiniti or a 350z before I look around to see what car just went past me .. it has a very distinct sound .. flip does this car have its own sound from your experience since I havent seen it or heard this beautiful machine in person ?

The IS350 has it's own sound...very distinct throaty growl. Actually sounds beefy and powerful compared to the hollow sound of the G35C and 350z exhaust sound.

I guess its sort of like the supra ... the fourth generation supras sounded mean even the non turbo ones one of the best sounding inline sixes .

Sigh. I dont know why, but the videos just arent working for me. I have all that other stuff on my computer, but I keep getting a file not located message.

Oh well.

It's the same here. Does the current format work for macs with quicktime? Even after I downloaded the divX, the video comes up, but there is no sound. Is it possible to convert the videos into another format, such as .mov? I would really appreciate it.
