Default Question on 2006 IS Dash Buttons

If you check out the first two photos on the 3rd line of the link below, you'll see three small buttons on the lower part of the dashboard to the left of the steering wheel. The 1st button is for the rear shade and the 2nd appears to be for the headlight washers (you can click the photos to enlarge them).

What is the 3rd button? I can't make it out and have not seen it on any U.S.-spec cars. Is this a European-only feature (the photos were from Geneva)?

Thanks in advance for any input.

The 3rd button isn't available here in the states. That could be a Rear Fog Light button which illuminates one of the brake lights in the back either left or right to a full 100% which is common with MBZ, BMW and other Euro makes. It's a requirement in European countries. The US Spec IS does not have that button.

Here's what I took from the IS250 AWD w/Premium Luxury Plus Package

Thanks for the quick response. Now what's that blank spot next to the trunk/fuel release? Do you know what goes there?

No I don't sorry. i would say AFS, but that's now controlled via the Multi Function Switch the one that looks like this: |< ON/OFF >| under the dimmer control.

Interestingly those buttons appear to be 'standard' font, whereas other buttons on the IS feature a new serif font, a change for Lexus.

It's interesting that the U.S. teaser brochure shows the third button in the dashboard photo. That must have been an oversight on Lexus' part.
