I know how excited many of you are with the arrival of the 2g IS. Im currently expecting a new IS anyday now at Lexus of Clearwater, so when the car shows up i'll hopefully have some pictures to share. Anyone in the Ft. Meyers area should stop by their local dealership.....a lil birdy told me 1 IS was loaded at the port onto a car hauler headed that way monday night

what i dont get is dealers are going to have these, but no be able to sell them? pricing isnt announced until Oct11, so there will be cars on lost unable to be sold?

So much for getting one anyday now. Apparently prices are not set therefor the shipments that have arrived will sit at the ports until thats firmed out. Right now i have many pictures of the IS350 that dropped by the dealership, its a demo.

For those wondering the car will be making stops at FL dealerships this week. It is blue in dark blue color with a georgia distributor tag. The car is almost fully loaded.....it does have pre-collision, NAV, Mark Levinson Audio, Heated/Vented front seats....plus other Lexus goodies. The car drives nice...feels solid and the only gripe i have is the seats up front feel a lil narrow. I'll post my pics later

the pricing will be set on the 11th and the first vehicles should be available for retail on the 14th. For those wondering when the advertizing blitz will start....pick up your papers, watch tv and listen to the radio waves starting the 17th

the car i had the pleasure of test driving had the 14 speaker Mark Levinson system plus the Gen. 5 Lexus Navigation System with voice command.
