Hey Flip,

so I can get my 250 AWD with the lowered ride height???? I was told that I couldn't.

If I can't, does the inch or so higher height look bad in person??

my sales rep in houston just told me that a rep from atlanta drove down to give the entire dealership a run-through on the car. sales guy also stated that the performance package is a special order according to the lady from atl. i told my salesguy that is b.s. and then the guy took back the statement and said it was probably a speculation. i won't be too happy if they make me do a special order, especially since i had my deposit put down 2 months ago!

this question doesnt go in this particular thread but didnt want to start a new one for maybe one responce but when the IS is equipped with the pre-collision and radar cruise control, it it placed behing the "L" symbol or is it something like when the LS is equipped with both options. the radar on the lowest intake near the fog lamp and the collision radar behing the "L". same question with the GS where is it located? you would usually see it

AWD versions will sit .75 to 1" higher than the regular IS250 RWD version. In person it's not really noticable unless you really stare at it.

The Dynamic Radar Cruise sensor is behind the grille like this. This is the same location for the New GS:

oh because on the newer LS 04+ the "L" and the grill look different hard to explain but its like a square plastic piece which is very noticable surrounding the "L" symbol.

I know what you're talking about. That's from the old Laser Cruise system not to be confused with the new Dynamic Radar Cruise which is also found on the New GS and IS. Similar ideas, two different technologies.
