Illuminated door sills for Performance Luxury Plus Package buyers?

Illuminated door sills for Performance Luxury Plus Package buyers?
So I've pretty much decided that I'm going to get the Performance Luxury Plus package as opposed to the Premium Lux Plus, since I don't really care for the wood, and I don't particularly need a rear sunscreen. But the one thing the Premium has that the Performance doesn't that I really love is the illuminated door sills. I know, they're completely cosmetic, but man, are they cool or what? 
Anybody know if there is going to be a way to get these with the Performance Lux Package (either by custom order or dealer installed)?

Where did you find the information about the illuminated door sills? I'm looking at the Lexus Dealer Education in PDF and I can't find any info about the illuminated door sills.

Right, I should know that they have aluminum scruff plates, but what about illuminated ones (from the inside?). For aluminum, besides Lexus, I know Acura has them...Benz also. But illuminated from underneath? Do you think Lexus, with their industry-leading cabin lighting systems, will have them?
