Looking at a 07 IS250 AWD matador red pre-owned-certified not sure what package is on this vehicle but I do see that it has the wood grain trim pieces, HID, 16,150 miles -- dealer is asking $27.9K. I'm thinking of offering $22.5K to start off with or is this a low ball here?

If I recall right the sales rep told me that the only thing this vehicle don't have is the navi, memory seat, rain sensors.

Sorry I'm new to the Lexus world...

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Thanks, Hotboi

No memory seats=no Lux package, which has more in it than just the memory and the wipers.

http://www.lexus.com/models/IS/featu...ion%20Packages

An AWD cars options would possibly include-

Premium (it has this if it has woodgrain)

Luxury (it would have memory seats, plus a buncha other stuff)

Nav

Mark Levinson (this is available with or without nav)

XM

Headlamp washers

HIDs (this is available as a standalone as well as being part of the Lux package)

PCS (radar cruise, very rare, and pricey)

Rear Spoiler

Park Assist

Thanks for the info Kurtz. Just got the build sheet on this vehicle and it doesn't have HID. The woodgrain was just an addition that they put on the vehicle.

Anyone has any clue what they mean by preferred accessory package?

Default Decent Price??

I'm thinking about picking up a leftover NEW 2008 Lexus IS 350. Here is how it is equipped-

Obsidian/Black
IS 350 RWD
Headlamp Washers
Navigation System
Sport Package
Preferred Accessory Package
All Weather Mats
Rear Lip Spoiler

MSRP- 44328.00 (Which we all know means nothing)
Sale Price- 33991.00

It is a new car, I have test driven it a couple of times. If I remember correctly, it has aproximately 220 miles on it or so. Seems like a good price, but I'm not sure if I could do better. I would be trading my other vehicle in, if I were to go through with this.

This would be my first 4 door not fully loaded car. I normally wouldn't look at anything that is not fully equipped, but theres something about this one that keeps drawing me to it.

Im still not sure if you have lux pakg you have to look inside the car see if theirs "memory" seats button right next to the power mirror switches, you can also see when you go in to "reverse" if the mirrors move then you got luxry pkg.

the hid washers usualy come with luxry but it just hit me that it could of come equipt with that optional option.

and to answer your question, its the same from the 2006 + no changes have been doen.

It does have driver and passenger front seat memory controls. I'm not sure if it has reverse tilt mirrors or not- guess i'll find out tomorrow when I go back to test drive it again.
