Our launch build strategy was very simple as we targeted the content found in the best selling BMW 325. Therefore, 75% of our build will be the IS 250 and the remaining 25% will be the IS 350.

Option content on both models has been greatly simplified as leather and sunroof is standard.

Of the total IS series build,
67% will be IS250 equipped with an automatic transmission,
3% IS250 with a manual transmission,
5% IS250 with all-wheel drive, and
25% will be IS350.

Of the total automatic build on the IS 250,
85% will come with the upgraded 18” inch wheels and the other
15% will have the 18” wheels and the navigation system.
The few manual cars will come with 18” wheels on 90% of the build and 18” wheels and navigation on the remaining 10% of the build.

Eighty percent of the all-wheel drive models
will come with the special 17” all-season tire.
The remaining 20% will be equipped with 17” all-season tires and the navigation system.

The IS 350 will have 85% of the build with 18” tires,
10% with 18” tires and the navigation system and
5% with 18” tires, navigation and the Levinson audio system.

Cool info. Good for the South Eastern folks who will be able to get the ML in the initial batch. I can also see why AWD gets only 5% of the total allocation over there.
