Default New to me IS350

2010 IS350
RWD
Black
18" Wheels (stock) special ordered in chrome
It does have a spoiler
Black interior
Luxury package

Purchased by original owner and as of this morning it has 63,000 miles on it. It has been well driven and is very nearly flawless. In the Dallas, Tx area it has never seen salt or snow. The owner never even drank coffee in it; water only. The illuminated sill plates do not have a mark on them, driver's side or passenger side. It needs the 60k service which I will perform as DIY. Considering a transmission drain and fill as I have read the forum before purchase.

The car will remain completely stock as I pay homage to the designers and engineers who made the marque. While I understand completely those who put their signatures on their cars with modifications, which I have done myself on other occasions and other vehicles, this particular car will remain as bought. I looked for almost 2 years to find the right example that needed nothing. This is just my humble opinion.

Thank you for all who post, I've gained much knowledge by reading this forum and it did influence my purchase. Your shared information and efforts are appreciated. I will try to add any information that I have gained over many years of automobile ownership and classic restorations I've done.

Below are the pictures, I hope that I have uploaded correctly.

Thanks to the forum moderators and those who maintain.

Ed in Dallas

Front shot in the new home. I will try to fabricate an intelligent front plate mount. I cannot bring myself to bore into a virgin bumper cover

Rear shot. As you can see it is 100% stock as rolled off the showroom floor.

Hi there, I'm an occasional lurker here but wanted to say hello from Oz. We've got a 2011 IS350 F-Sport, silver, and pretty-much untouched. It's apparently one-of-three in Australia with some trick Lexus exhaust on it, if the local Lexus service manager is to be believed (and he's actually a top guy so I'm inclined to believe him). In any case, it does sound pretty good. :-) .

About all I'd like to add to it are factory parking sensors. And the only annoyances are a rattle in the driver's door (which brought me to these forums in the first place!) and also a 'scuffing' noise from the front tyres when reversing with the front wheels turned. But it's a great car.

Thanks to everyone who contribute to the forum!

Tim.
