so far I’ve done all fluids changed, fresh k&n filter and new MAF, cleaned intake tube/plenum/tb, replaced shift ****, all new clips under the hood (was missing all but two) shifter cover (the black part that the shift lever goes into) and 3m carbon wrapped misc interior parts.

2008 Lexus IS250 RWD $7700 137K miles.

Just bought my first Lexus (Upgrading from a 1999 Honda civic DX coupe)

7. I bought the car from Formula One Imports in Charlotte, NC for $7700 and threw on a 2 year 25k mile warranty for $1300. The front left tire looked like it was drove on while under inflated due to the sides being bald and the TPMS light was on along with the lovely check system light. Formula One told me that its would cost about $2000 to turn the light off which would raise the price of the car which I didn't like. Took the car to Discount Tire today and swapped the tire for a brand spanking new one. In total I paid $164 at discount tire and got a brand new tire, 3 year warranty on every tire on the car. They ended up fixing the TPMS system error. They just reprogrammed the sensors to the car with a scanner and OBDII cable (This was included in the $19 installation fee). The car has 137k miles on it and It is an X-package

That's about it for now. I'm loving every second of this car. I know everyone says to "Just get a 350" when it comes to the 250, but you have to understand that I'm coming from a 1999 Honda Civic DX with a whopping 106hp and that car was as base model as base model could be. Pretty much just an engine with wheels. My Lexus is a dream to me. double the horsepower so its a lot zippier then the Honda. REAR WHEEL DRIVE <3, Sun roof, keyless hand sensing door handles, push start, paddle shifters, just loving every second of it.
Glad to be a part of the Lexus community! I think I'm here to stay.
Extra note: I'm fixing up the curb rash on the wheels this weekend and will be posting pictures of the finished product afterwards.

7. Coming from a 2008 Honda Accord V6 coupe. Not a fast car by any means but it felt like a rocket compared to the IS250. Got a great deal on it and couldnt pass it up.
