14/Male/IS350. My parents bought me the car a few months ago and I've been modding it (well, paying others to mod it for me) so when I get my driver's permit in a few months I can take my driver's test in style.

Before any of you accuse me of being spoiled, you should know that as part of the deal my dad lowered my allowance from $1,000 to $900 a week for the next YEAR. Plus, I mow the lawn every other month and I've keeping my room clean so it's not like I don't work for it.

If only I could mow my lawn and keep my room clean for 900 a week no tax.

A) They are over priced for what they have to offer. (Infiniti is catching up with more options and better price tag).

B) Not built like they use to be, more squeaks and rattles, cheaper materials, etc...makes you think twice about keeping it long.

C) Used Lexus's are just as good as new ones, yet cost much less after a year or two...certified cars are checked thoroughly.

D) You don't have to pay that "luxury tax" that the other sucker did when purchased new...you get same luxury dealer service and experience, but the other guy paid for it, thats a BIG plus of buying used Lexus.

E) Finally, the competition is huge out there...you got Bimmers, Benz's, Audi's, etc... Yeah they may not last for 200k miles, but then again see reason "B".
