Finding a 350 w/Mark Levinson Sound
I'm in So Cal and none of the Lexus dealers here can get hold of a 350 w/the Mark Levinson Sound system (or so they say). Has anyone actually taken delivery on the ML??

I don't think they received any 350's with ML in the first allocation and I've been told they won't be getting them any time soon.
So, I special ordered a few weeks ago to get exactly what I wanted.

I think I might have found some ML systems in Chicago (at least the Lexus internet site claims they are there when u build your own).
I can special order to anyone (and wait 60 days) .. but I would want a 350 w/ML sooner rather than later.

If you do special order, you should count on more than 60 days as that seems to be the bare minimum, with 90-120 days also being quoted by dealers.
Mine told me 3 months which I took to mean at least four.

I posted about this awhile back. Do a quick search and you'll find there are ML cars all over Missouri and Kansas, down to Texas, across to Mississippi up to Illinois and even into Minnesota. My ML-equipped 350 will be here at the end of the month, it is coming from Portland? non-stop which means it won't be hanging around on the West Coast you are correct. But don't let anyone tell you that Lexus didn't ship ML-equipped cars.
Southwest Airlines has <$150 one-way tickets you can fly halfway across the country, pickup your car and take a couple of days to drive back across the Rockies and enjoy your ML car for the next five years. Or you can wait until June.

All the ML cars are in the Midwest. Just ask your dealer if they would be willing to swap vehicles across regions. If they will, then your ML car can be there in 1 week. If they won't then find another dealer that will or special order it.

Yeah that's the problem. A lot of dealerships are not willing to play ball this early in the game. There must be like 11 Lexus dealerships in Chicago....good luck.
