Default How much are you paying: 06' IS 250

Hello everyone
I am thinking about leasing an IS 250 AWD and was wondering what others are paying and what options you have. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

cap cost @ $1800 off MSRP, for 36 mo lease, 12K miles/yr residual is 64%, MF is .00235. talk to the dealer about multiple security deposits, its well worth it.

thanks for the input so far....
can anyone break it down as far as down payment, monthly payments, # of payments

Right now I got a quote of 531/mo. X 36 months, $2300 down.... seems a little high, or no?
This was basically a standard IS 250 AWD with parking assist.

I would go to www.edmunds.com and use their lease calculator. You can just plug in the numbers you have and the info that socalcpa gave you above.

$32K? Are you getting a discount? Where I am at (North Carolina) I could only find the 250 awd auto with no options for $32.6k. I would die to get that price with navigation....how do I do it?
