Tail Light(s) question

Do the red colored lenses in the lower portion of the rear bumper illuminate or are they just reflectors? If they illuminate, under what conditions?

Im pretty sure they are just reflectors.

That should be pretty easy to fix . LED's will fit right in there .

They are just reflectors like on the RX...
