Cross your fingers, I may get an IS350 in a few days, depending on how this "Out of region" transfer works out. I should find out in a day or 2. Otherwise I will have to special order
Well, the IS I will get will be BASE, with 18s. But I wanted to add a few things.
1) aluminum door sills
2) Aluminum Foot pedals
3) G-spider wheels.
Does anyone know the cost of these items? I wonder if I can get the dealer to give me these options at invoice. Then I will sell my stock 18s on ebay

You can buy the G-spider wheels here for about $250 each, which is probably going to be much cheaper than what your dealer will do for you (mine quoted me $2,900!):

As for the other items, pretty sure they aren't availble as of yet..

Phillip, different regions get cars with different option packages.
The original poster is from Virginia, which gets different configurations from the west coast.
You might ask your dealer if they would swap another dealer (in a different region) for the car you want. Or, you could always have the special order it, although that takes about 3 months and you can plan on paying every bit of MSRP if you go that route.

In VA, 350 gets at minimum the pemium package. But most have NAV +. I will have to buy my 350 from the Southern region to get no options.
You can always special order, but that will take 2-4 months.
If I special order, I am definately getting ML. But I am weary of waiting a possible 4 months for a car.
The options I think are "Most Worth it" Are the Mark Levinson Sound system for 904. The stock speakers are made of paper, in 2-3 years in the sun.... the paper will rot! Its not pretty. Consider the cost of 13 speakers to upgrade and an amp = $$$$
and the 18" Wheels 702. 18" Tires cost more than that $700. My 245/40/18 Michelins on my 3000GT are $245 each from tire rack.

I had asked in the ML vs Pioneer thread, and people had indicaed that it was treated paper.
It sure doesnt look like it though. Nice if its not, then I wont have to upgrade my stereo.
In my 3000 its completely redone, its good, but It was a pain I dont want to go through again.

Finding Sewell has been another pleasant surprise (besides getting the car) since moving to Lexus.
I paid $896 for four G Spiders with center caps.
The wheels and tires are on the way and should be at my house tomorrow.
