I didn't say I don't like to wear my seatbelt...I just don't like the dang CHIME! I don't think my seatbelt coming off early as I blaze through the parking lot at 5 mph is gonna kill me.

I turned mine off too. I always wear my seatbelt, but there are times (like when I'm backing up) when I need some extra mobility. The seatbelt nagging on this car is a little...aggressive. ;-)

follow the instructions carefully... it says more like 30 secs... hold it just follow it very closely and you're good

I don't even bother, with all the seat belt checks in NJ, it's not even worth it.

Very True...

I wear my seatbelt all the time... Just don't need the chime when I'm getting my mail...

Seatbelt is always worn. The problem is when you have something heavy in your passenger seat, the buzzer rings incessantly off and on until you remove it.

Thank god for the override

Hi,

Does anyone have a similar "cure" for the door open chime?

Please, no wiring mods, but something similar than for the seatbelts?
