I am from Brooklyn New York. I am going to commit my time in purchasing the car next summer don't know which one yet. The IS350 and the new ES are my top contenders, looking to get black on black for both. IS350 is something I want but I have to wait until next summer, see if the prices drop. The newest ES is affordable, very clean sleek look that I might just end up buying!

My best friend leased a 2001 LS 430 from the Bay Ridge Lexus dealership, he had nothing but bad experience....as far as service, sales representatives...etc

I had maintenance done on my LS 400 1992 in Brooklyn and it was a horrible experience. Not a good atmosphere at all.

Here are some of the peoples opinions, in leasing expensive LS430's and other new Lexus vechicles

"I have used Rallye and have said good things about them in the past"

"The dealers that excede that are awarded the title "Elite of Lexus". Rallye Lexus has won for 10 consecutive years".

"The only dealer that has done the right thing for me has been Rallye. It's not cheap but I have always found they do what they say and have always gone out of their way to help me out when needed. If price is your issue, it is a tough call
See Pam or Sheila @ Rallye. Excellent service and their pretty good on the eyes"

For those who are interested. Driving directions, etc...One of the best Dealerships in New York. I am personally going there to receive full satisfaction!

Happy Hunting for that next best thing on the road.

Default Brooklyn LExus

I am also in Brooklyn. I bought my RX @ Ray Catena(NJ) and serviced it @ Prestige Lexus (NJ). Both are very good. As far as Bay Ridge Lexus, sales and service sucks. Will never go there again.

I leased my IS350 at Lexus of Manhattan. I've read some bad things about them online, especially their service department, but I actually had a very good experience. I also went to Bay Ridge, and it was terrible. Talked on the phone with someone from Ray Catena in Larchmont, NY, and he was good too.

To answer your questions:

1) Lexus of Manhattan
2) highly satisfactory
3) might have gotten ML if they had it, but stock stereo is fine, and the car is already kind of expensive as it is
4) IS350, tungsten pearl w/black leather, sport package, nav, headlight washers, park assist
5) never owned a Lexus before
6) never owned a car before. last time I drove regularly was in high school where I had a 1996 Ford Taurus.

Default Ray Catena has 2 locations

There's also a Ray Catena Lexus in Westchester (Larchmont, NY). If I am too lazy to go to Manhattan I will take my car there for service...have not had a bad experience there but only had 2 oil changes done.

Default question for anyone who got their IS350 at Lexus of Manhattan

Hi,

I am looking to purchase an IS350 w/sport package from Lexus of Manhattan, however, when I went there to inquire about it, the salesperson I was dealing with tells me the IS350 w/sport package cannot be ordered till January which would mean March delivery. This sounded odd to me, let alone disappointing. Anybody who bought theirs from them, can you recommend the sales person I should deal with?

Thanks in advance.
