Question for anybody who has put aftermarket wheels on their IS. Did you remove the valve stems / tire pressure sensors from your original rims and put them in your aftermarket rims or did you buy new ones? Any problems removing the originals and reinstalling? I priced a new set from the dealer and they'd sell them to me for 400 for a set of 4. I'm looking at keeping the tire pressure warning functionality when I upgrade to 19's.

Wbere in CA do you live? U in so cal? I got my pressure sensors transferred over on my GS300. Works perfectly. Sensor went off once. I thought it was a mistake. Turned out pressure was actually low in my front left tire. If in so cal, go hit up Shoreline Motoring in HB. It cost me $100+ to do the transfer. They are a good shop, usually work on Porsches.
