Sport vs. Non-sport package suspension
IS 350 stock suspension seemed pretty tight and the car was very responsive. However, I’d probably opt for the sport package with stiffer suspension because I like that package over the luxury package. The problem is that I can’t find an IS in the Chicagoland area with the sport package for a test drive. My local dealer tells me the Midwest is not going to see the sport package until spring. That actually makes sense since the sport package comes with summer tires and we do have winter coming soon.
Anyway, my question is for those of you who drove both the sport and non-sport package IS. Did the sport suspension feel much different? How was the ride compared to non-sport?

actually, i have an the sports package, and oddly enough i only test drove
one with a luxury package, because the one i wanted to buy still had all
the plastic on it.. But it is a totally different ride,, the suspenion on the lux
is wayyy softer,, didnt handle bad or anything, just had a much smoother ride,
i am not dissapointed with the sports package, also the ones with the sports package
look so much nicer, with the lowered ride height and low profile tires
