That's exactly what I have planned. I've already bought the 19' wheels+tires, and have the tint planned.

Question is: what type of 19's? I decided on chrome Diablos with 225/35/19 tires. Now all I have to do is wait for the car...

No. They're more "VIP" than "Bling." Not too flashy, but also not subtle as Lexus OEM chrome wheels.

Best thing to do is to go to a wheel shop and find what suits your personality. Some people like to keep it simple, and there are some designs out there that are meant to catch attention. If you want attention, check out Lexani wheels (the ones with rhinestones on chrome wheels!!!).

Congrats on the car! There are many wheel choices for the IS, just ensure you get a wheel that fits properly (preferrably staggered to fill out that rear wheelwell).

Are you going with 225/35/19 all the way around? Or are you going staggered?

you should go wide
since my IS is going to be a sleeper ,no rims for it
but i think 18 x 9 / 18x10 + 12 or + 25 should make it looks nice and sick ^^
if you can do a little fender roll , and fit on 18x10.5 +9 or 7 offset
that will be super sweet

225/35/19 is about 19x 8
18x9 235~245 18x10 245~255 18x10.5 245~265

It's for all 4 tires. For OEM 18" wheels, the front tires are 8" wide, and the rear tires are 8.5" wide.

These wheels are all 8" wide. I didn't mind the loss of half an inch in the rear...

How would that fit on an IS? Stock offsets are 45 and 50... Well, unless you like the 80's lowrider style.
