I'm just wondering what you guys think about the pro's and con's of the two cars comparatively. I've driven the 05 tsx and liked it a lot. Havent been able to drive the 06 or the IS250 though.

I was going to get an 06 TSX until I drove a IS250 AWD. I was going to go to the Acura dealer to make a purchase, then decided to test drive the IS first. To me, the IS felt like it had more room (and I'm 6'3", 220lbs), and the cabin was easily a step up in quality, even compared to the TL. It took me a couple days to decide whether or not the IS was $10,000 nicer than the TSX ( my Lexus dealer wants MSRP), and I'm not sure it is. The ride is different between the two. But, I did enjoy the IS more, and I told my dealer that I would like an IS once prices come down. After reading some posts on this board about buying experiences, I am going back to my dealer wither this month or in January to special order an IS250 AWD.
I can't blame someone if they got the TSX or TL, they are pretty good prices for what you get. Another reason why I started to lose interest in the TSX is that it does look like an Accord, only smaller (it is the European Accord). You can probably get a fully loaded Accord for less than a TSX, and it would have more room and more horsepower. From what I've read, the Acuras do have nicer navigation, but I'm buying a car, not a nav system.
When you get a chance, test drive an IS. You'll easily notice the differences.
To me, the IS is worth the extra money (but its still not out of my budget).
