Yes, I was really surprised! Your car looks great by the way, great color. I wanted black or red, but they weren't available, so I have the silver, which is great too.

so far lexus has refused to replace my passenger seatbelt despite the fact that the driver's one already failed and could not be fixed!!! Stupid lexus canada hasn't issued a recall yet so even though its blatently obvious I have one of the affected cars they ain't doing squat (if you'll pardon the double negative)...grrr.

Hmm, can anyone tell me what the "IS 350 BE262" part means on the recall notice on the previous page of this thread? Is that 350s starting with that letter/number combination or is the only relevant part the 20000....numerical range?

Hey thanks a bunch! I love the color more than the work to keep it clean! But I knew what I was signing up for... nice work on the silver, great color and SO little maintenance!

Odd they haven't issued the recall yet, I'd call Lexus Corporate to see when one is coming...

Yep. After the throttle recall on my AWD, nothing was said about a free bee. But, a week or two (3) later, I got the ipod along with a letter kind of apologizing for the inconvenience. Not a bad touch!

Now my car has to go back in to get the two seatbelts replaced. The driver's side has already been replaced but dealer said that they wanted to be sure the latest so they are replacing both.

Cool

I'm guessing TSB is Technical Service Bulletin.
