Is there no glare to oncoming drivers when you swap out the stock Halogen bulbs to HID bulbs? The stock projector is after all for a halogen bulb.

@hameed:

Stock halogen projectors allow a slight amount of light to bleed upwards in order to illuminate overhead signs. When installing an HID kit or LED kit, this light bleed will still be present - and can be considered as "glare" to oncoming traffic.
