Are these the ones that consist of the slim ballast? I was about to order these last night for regular price and I figured that I would get a Valentine V1 instead. Good thing I waited!
Thanks for the GB Steve

Hi,
According to the URL below, the OEM HID for the IS should be in the neighbourhood of 4800K since they are the newer D4S. I actually matched them with 4700K halogen foglights and they look close.
(D2R for the 1st Gen IS)

Does anyone know who makes the OEM HIDs for the IS? Philips?

Guys, your conversations are so informative and thanks. one doubt is that in my previous supra, I have installed a OEM hid system but the bulb of HID is way longer than the original halogen bulb, which caused a out of focus illumination of the road -- the light are all diversed and the range is pretty short.
Didn't this happen to you guys in IS250? i am planning to install one in my IS250 with stock halogen but i really worry that the same will happen again.. need advise..!

Hello Sir,
Your beam pattern will not be affected. Some people feel that they need to readjust your headlights once installing an HID kit as HIDs put out significantly more light however that is really personal preference.

Hello,
No we do not ship on the weekends. Orders will be shipped same day or next day depending on what time the order is received (providing the kit is in stock). If a kit is out of stock you will be advised of that.

Hello,
YOu need to drill a hole in your dust cover to accomodate the wires going to the OEM headlight hanress. You can get a grommet at home depot that will accomodate this. I know that some of our customers have used silicone just to ensure that it is water tight.
