Don't think I would put the spoiler on mine -- but I admit - it looks sharp on yours!

The HIDs now.... mmmmm..

As long as the automotive 3M tape was used it should be just fine.
On my last car, I had screws and the red 3M tape holding on my body kit, and on the front piece, the parts with the tape became loose and came off.. I drive pretty fast too, 100+MPH daily.

I can understand that. The front is taking a big hit of air pressure. Ever stick your head out the window at 100mph?
But the rear deck is not taking nearly as much, especially such a low profile spoiler. I still think it will be fine. Unless this car gets some crazy turbulance back there and that's why the emblems are now bolted to the car!

Actually, lol, I have stuck my head out at over 100, just for fun. I also had a '04 Suzuki GSXR 1000. Had that thing up to about 200MPH a few times. I miss that bike.

Again, I'm pretty sure the tape will secure the spoiler just fine. Let's just hope you don't get in an accident or hit a curb or something and the spoiler comes off and hit somebody. Even casual observation will determine that the screws were "tampered with" prior to installation. Whether the tape is sufficient to affix the spoiler or not won't even be a factor.

On the Sewell Lexus website, they sell a cover for the center brake light that they say is required when you add the spoiler. http://www.lexus-parts.com/partdetai...bCategoryID=12

I assume it raises the brake light above the spoiler? Did you add one?

Default Lets put it on the right way.

Looks pretty good. Can't even tell. But..........................................................................................................
Maybe its just me, but I like knowing that it was done the right way. I don't mind the holes that you can't see anyway.
