Default Desert Sage IS w/ Spider wheels

This isn't my IS. I found it on a website and just want to share the combination of the Desert Sage color and the optional Spider wheels.

Personally, I prefer the stock 18's over the spiders. However, I do think they spiders improve the look of the Desert Sage IMO.

Not that big of a fan of that color, but the wheels do wonders for that color( i dont know the actual finish, but its not the flat silver coat, looks darker and matches well with this color, along with the darker headlight surrounds). Not a color I would buy, but my mom would certainly love this color.

In my opinion, desert sage isn't a great color for a sport sedan. It would look great on an Audi Allroad or a Suburu Outback, but a muscular car like the IS looks best in a bold color like black, white or red.

Desert Sage is the first 350 that i saw and test drove. The color wasn't for me, but I think those rims really improve it's looks.

Because it looks like "Mom's car" in this color. Trust me...I have a 2000 ES300 I bought after my Mom's lease expired that is very close to this color and...it LOOKS LIKE Mom's car! That's why I will soon be getting an IS350 SGM/black combo

I thought it's reported before that Desert Sage is the IS 's chief engineer's favourite color for the car. They don't even offer this color in Canada.

Default That spoiler... Those wheels...

Ain't for the IS, but it works. Subtle enough to be appropriate for Lexus.

I like the new wheels. I think that in order to tone down the green color of the car, fancy wheels can redirect your attention from the color. So, for Desert Sage fans, better get your 20" chromes!

Ya, the best thing you can hope for a desert sage car is to find something that distracts you from its color. Man that is an awful color. It looks worse in person. I'm glad the IS350 head engineer is so good at designing cars, but I hope he lets his wife pick out his ties.
