These pics don't look to be identical to the ones that come with the stock Sports package. I think these have more "dots" on them.

Can you post exactly how you installed your pedal set???

I heard that they are a pain to put in...

Anyone install the OEM Lexus pedals?

They dont look bad. Would have to see a comparison of these and the oem ones to make a decision. You do get a dead pedal and e-brake pedal. Not a bad mod to do. Nice job.

The installation was kindof a pain, as it is cramped down there, my drill is big, and I'm 6'-2", 215 lbs. I removed the rubber pads, drilled holes in the metal, and screwed the new sport pedals on. Didn't have to drill holes for the footrest, as that was provided with self-tapping screws. I can send the installation instructions I received to anyone who is interested.
