Hi Bichon,
No offense taken. Thanks for your comments & suggestions! All are very good points. I'm just hoping this will hold me over until I can see exactly how bad the XM module + install will be for the IS in Spring '06. I already had this radio for work and home so I decided to see how well it would work in the car. This is a leased vehicle so I'm hesitant to put any more capital into the vehicle than I have to. I don't want to do anything too permanent to the vehicle until I'm certain I'm keeping the car after the lease. (Ironically, one of my plans was to keep the IS 250 AWD after the lease as my "beater" vehicle. I know that sounds horrible.)
At least the V1 install came out flawless.![Wink](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)
Cheers,
Kermee

Thanks goes to tim817 and his post here for his pictures to actually see how to remove everything. And thanks to Muzzman1and Lexus_x_2 for the speed-sensor bypass information.
Bichon got me off my **** so I made another attempt today to hide the wires.
Here are the results. Remember, I don't want to do any permanent changes to the vehicle. So punching holes was a no, no.
Cheers,
Kermee
