Hey Everyone,

I was wondering if there is a Lexus roof rack availible for the IS.

I have never had a Lexus before, and don't really know if a roof rack is a "thing" that lexus does. I am very interested in this for both my snowboard and mountain and road bikes.

Please let me know what you can

I have yet to see a roof rack for the IS offered in the States, but I know they have it listed on www.lexus.co.uk in the exterior accessories... you may want to check with Carson Toyota or Sewell Lexus about ordering one for you. It appears multiple things are added in for this roof rack including luggage rack options, bike mounts, surfboard mounts, etc.... take a look there!

Lexus Canada seems to have a bicycle carrier as well. Check out lexus.ca.

I need snowboard holder.

It was hard to fit one guy size board and a girl size board in the back seat. the center part I got the ski to fit in that.

When I picked up my IS350 on last Saturday, the dealer had a 250 on the floor with a rack installed. Didn't pay a lot of attention ..but I think it was a Yakima

um.... I've have to ask my dealer again. Hopefully they are not that expensive. Does anyone know how much the roof racks normally will go for??

Is Lexus going to try to cater to snowboards anymore, does anyone know? Why won't they make some sort of conversion kit for the passthru that will fit snowboards instead of just skis? Is that on their list by any chance?
