The only time I have ever seen that message is when the disc is bad. Do you have an original disc? You need to try someone else's working disc. You pull the battery or TV fuse, then put the new disc in, then plug the battery or fuse back in. It should load the firmware and boot up.

If anyone is wondering, I went and confirmed the Warranty question at my Lexus dealership in Atlanta. They told me the hack will "NOT" void my warranty. I even confirmed that this will involve cutting wires, and still said it is fine. Even told me a good DIY is on Clublexus and if I am not comfortable doing this myself, they recommended me a person at Sound Sensation.
I would still check this with a delearship near you, but just wanted to let peopel know what i was told. (I will be doing this hack this weekend!)

The hardest part of me was removing the vents. It was headache. Just be patient with it.

I did the Navigation hack on my IS350 today and noticed that my cruise control doesn't work. Don't understand if these two things could ever be related but you never know.
Horn works, paddle shifters work, and other steering wheels controls work.. In fact, when you click on the Cruise Control button you can see the icon in the dash but you can't "set" the speed.. Maybe clipping the Speed Senor pink wire screwed this all up?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
