No fill up this time, but they did fill it up when they took my car from work to get the rattle fixed.
Definitly a pleasant surprise. I thought it was great that they came out to my work to take my car and drop off a loaner.

Yeah Paul is the guy to talk to, I think he is a service/tech manager. He knows the IS well, and is a nice guy. I even think he sent his team's fix for my rattle to Lexus Corporate so that other dealers can figure out how to solve their customer's rattles quicker.

PS - Did you do the parking light mod yet? I saw your comments on that thread, and wondered if it was a big deal to replace those bulbs if you've done it already. I ordered the refractor LED bulbs from Ebay already. Just hoping install is easy. I don't like the way the stock bulbs look next to the Xenon's when they are on at night.
